Before WordPress people would have to go to college and study complicated HTML and other difficult web script. Now, you simply find a domain registrar, web host that provides at least one instance of installed WordPress and you will be up and running quickly. Designing Your website

Next you will want to design your home page and decide how you want it to look. For added functionality, you will want to explore the plug-in section. Want your Facebook and Twitter added, no problem. You get to decide. Some of these plug-ins have to be added to the site through the appearance section by clicking on the widgets area. You will then see the name of the plug-in that can be dragged to the area of the page on which it should appear.

A Good tip is that when you are working on the inside of your website open a second window to see how it looks on the outside. Its great to see the changes take place. Make the appropriate changes as you go. Just like formatting a special letter or resume in a word processor, you do not need a special degree in order to quickly build a great website.
